Returns & Exchanges

Policy

Our first priority is your complete satisfaction with your purchase and we do our best to make returns easy. If the item is unused, has it’s original packaging and tags, and you have your original store receipt or web invoice, you can return it for a refund or credit within one year of purchase. Used, worn or washed, and items sold “As-Is” are not eligible for return or exchange at any time. Shipping fees are not refundable.

All returns require a valid proof of purchase in the form of original store receipt or web invoice. Returns made within 60 days of purchase will be refunded to the original form of payment. Returns made after 60 days and up to one year after purchase will be refunded as merchandise credit. Returns accompanied by a gift receipt will be returned as a merchandise credit. We will gladly look up lost receipts for our Rewards Members for all purchases made under their respective accounts. 

Returns in Store: You can return your purchase at any store location regardless of whether you bought it in-store or online. Returns of any kind require a valid proof of purchase in the form of original store receipt or web invoice. All Returns within 60 days of purchase will be refunded to the original form of payment. Returns made after 60 days and up to one year will be refunded as a merchandise credit. Online purchases made with Paypal cannot be refunded in store.

Returns by Mail: Returns can also be made through the mail. Please download, print, and complete the Return Form that can be found on our website. All returns must be unused, unworn, and unwashed with original packaging and tags. Returns of purchases made in store and returned by mail will be refunded as a merchandise credit. Online purchases returned by mail will be refunded in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase if received within 60 days. Returns received after 60 days will be refunded as merchandise credit.

In your return please include the following:

- The completed return form which can be found HERE. 
- The original packing slip from your order.

- The item you wish to return in its original packaging.

If you are reusing the original shipping packaging please remove all extra labels from the outside. We recommend that you use UPS or USPS Insured Parcel Post. This will include tracking information for your package. Returns sent via mail can take up to 30 days to be processed for a refund during peak periods. We are NOT responsible for packages lost in transit back to our Return Center.

Exchanges

Here are your options for exchanging a product:

  1. Return the item you do not want for a refund, and re-order the item you desire. CLICK HERE for our return policy and instructions. We will match the original purchase price on your exchange where applicable – just place the replacement order by phone.
  2. If you live near one of our stores, you can process an exchange in store. Please present your original receipt to the store associate to expedite the exchange process.

We are unable to process direct exchanges through the mail as we often don't have the replacement product available in the facility in which Returns are processed.
